Ben, thank you for all this. I did not know who Syd Barrett was though I listened to Pink Floyd as a teenager (and later as my 73 year old husband loves Pink Floyd) — I am intrigued with the concept of trying to explain things like “reality,” “dreams,” and yes, JOKES TOO — after-all, The Meaning of Life to Me, as you know, is one big huge fat humongous joke — the kernel of which is THE REASON FOR SCHIZOPHRENIA.
So my comment was in the ball park then. 🙂
