IRIDESCENT HEART

The Hawk Queen Bed 9:00am

I sit inside a purple room

the chamber of a heart

when I close My Eyes

I see iridescent purple

& decide Whose Heart

I’m in

I WEAR A PURPLE ROBE

The Hawk 10:39am

I am Holding This Black Book

against the curve

of My Stomach

My Words are tumbling

from Me

down & out

into The Open

RESTORATIVE VISION

The Hawk Living Room 12:15 pm

I have had an undulating vision —

a purple cave-like opening

dressed in Golden Fray

This moving Mountain-like form

contained not the thought

of The Little Man

but His Essence

It pulsated at Me

slowly

pushing from behind My Eyes

& returned Him

to Me

ELIZA’S ROOM

My Daughter’s Room is Lavender

“Purple” She calls It

& doesn’t like It

The Carpet is white

with old crayon

from previous kids

She bought new sheets today

Purple

& a White Comforter

She said would make

Her hate The Room less

She bought a White Orchid

with Purple in The Centre

& flowers for a heavy glass vase

& here I sit by Her Shaded Window

listening to The Waves
