OCCUPIED

The Hawk Living Room 2:00pm

I am sitting cross-legged

in a column

of light

on My Living Room Floor

I have a cup of tea

within reach

The Radio is on

playing a song

I like

& I Am Dreaming

ONCE I SAW

The Hawk Queen Bed 7:45am

Once I Saw The Light Of God

Streaking Down Around Me

It Made Me Speak

“I Am The Second Coming…”

 Now I Think

You’ve Found Me

TRICKY PLAY

The Hawk Kitchen 6:30pm

The Clouds Along The Eastern Horizon

are light, light cream and blue

with a darker bank, fog-like, above

Meanwhile, to The West

The Horizontal Clouds Are Dark Blue

with white, feathery banking

highlighted

by a hidden sun

I look from East To West

and  back again

and watch the tricky play of light

unfolding off

a day of rain

SPECTRA

The Hawk Corner Room 5:12pm

I have given up

on Black & Purple

— That Lethal Combination —

even when My Black Cat sits

beside a pair of Purple

UGG Boots by The Kitchen Door

I think of My Art School Satin Lips

& Black Fuzzy Bed

of Purple Phalli

I am no longer interested

in The Symbolism of The Night

of hidden passions

under cover of Darkness

I am in The Sedate

Components

of The Spectrum

I BESEECH YOU 7:22pm

“Stay With Me”

Stay With God

He Is All We Have Left

He Is Falling Away

&

 Needs Us

He Is Male & Female

Dark & Light

He Lives For Us

In What’s Left Of Our Mind

He Is Us

THE HAWK FAMILY ROOM 6:37pm

I see A Room Inside

a big black TV Screen

I see a lamp, some books & DVDs

mirrored for My View

I slide over to My Left

to have a shoulder, Left

     exposed with half

     My Head

 A Red Light

below My Chest

“DON’T MOVE”
