On the day Eye was told

I could show my “Pieces of Stratospheric Universe”

@ The UFO Museum in Shag Harbour, Nova Scotia

and then told due to government restrictions

the museum might not open this summer

Eye took a walk with my extraterrestrial friend

around the trail and sidewalk through Barrington Passage

and as her silvery hair blew around her Nordic face

I thought she was beautiful

and largely unappreciated —

afterall, she claims she is a Paladian Soldier

and Eye believe her

though when she kissed me good-bye

behind my right ear,

I wondered — perhaps she is Human

afterall
