of My Deck in the evening
overcast by motley clouds
His Blackness is distinct
His Low-lidded Eyes are green
& look straight at Me
through the sliding glass door

into a flower shop vase
to collect twenty four hours of urine
in an orange plastic jug
for PHEOCHROMOCYTOMA —
a benign tumour on the adrenal glands
causing sporadic high blood pressure
possibly linked to My Halo
