"Good Morning, World!"

Month: April, 2015

THOUGHT FOR TODAY

The Hawk Deck 10:44am

There Is No Power

Higher Than The Human Mind

The Self Is All

& Guides You To Your Ultimate

Fulfilment

HOME COMING

The Hawk Kitchen 8:26am

The ocean is a sea

of liquid Silver

The Sky is adrift

with opal cloud

My Son comes home

after two years away

and I am awash

in gratitude

DEER WATCHING

The Hawk Outpost 7:40pm

The Deer here are the colour

of very early Spring

They emerge from the undergrowth

like apparitions materializing

from rounded ears & noses

necks & torsos

heading for the neighbours’ carrots

on high-stepping dainty hooves

pausing only to blend Their buff coats

against a lawn

of very late winter

MORNING SONG 2

The Hawk West Desk Window 8:25am

There lies an aqua wash

to the Westward Sky

It holds My Future

by and by

My Past is with Me

day by day

I sing My Song

and let It stay

LAVENDER CANDLE

The Hawk Corner Room 4:34pm

I hear the surf

through the fog

of Our Elusive Spring

I have decked My Daughter’s

powder room with accents

of purple and I sit

on My Lotus Ottoman

with the wet window

before Me

& eggplant ensemble

behind

AUGMENTATION

The Tomato-coloured Couch 5:40pm

My be-decked Hand

My be-dazzled Right Hand

with The Question Mark Ring

strokes the black sleek fur

of My Beloved Pet

& shines out to The World

as A Hand of Self-worth

capability far-reaching

& prized for Its clarity

not only in what It wears

but what It commands

THE TRASH BIN

The Tomato-coloured Couch 8:28pm

I swept up a dust pan of spacial matter

from around the kitty litter box

— it contained the mass

of unnameable stars

and never-ending debris from their creation —

into the depths

of a black hole

containing the mass

of twenty-two billion suns

ALL-OUT HUMAN

The Tomato-coloured Couch 1:05pm

I watched a society

of starlings

pecking in My Front Yard

while I realized

I am limiting My SELF

with this Second Coming of Christ

notion

and a white vehicle

drove past and scared

the birds away

SELF REALIZATION

The Halo Book

My Voice rang out

beyond the Drive-thru microphone

“One Large Decaf, Double Cream —

That’s It –“

&

My Signature lies crumpled

on a Wilson’s exchange slip*

dropped in a concrete encasement

for an air conditioning vent

*retrieved April 7, 2015 complete with bug

COALESCENCE

The Tomato-coloured Couch 7:07pm

Against a background

of Darkness

We see The Particles of Space

coalesce

spiralling together

uniting two illuminated Human Beings

against a World

of Chaos
