"Good Morning, World!"

THE PLAY

The Hawk Kitchen 9:30am

Yesterday I put on a play

for My Husband —

I dressed in Eliza’s Black Satin Robe

& My World Trade Center Earrings

took My Wedding Rings Off

& declared to WHB

that He houses

The Most Dangerous Woman In The World —

then the gold and silver pin holding My Robe

exploded off Me

causing Me to change

into My Silver Grey

with Earrings of Dangling Gold

from Africa

& rhinestone bracelet:

a bauble of The Earth

I HAVE CONQUERED GOD

The Hawk Dining Room 2:54pm

Nietzsche declared God Dead

but Joanna Hyde

has swept him aside

MORNING SILVER 2

The Hawk Dining Room 9:45am

I caught The Gleam

through My Dining Room

off The Silver Candelabra

The Snow is melting

& The Sun shines

diagonal rays downward

upon The Silver

Pool of Ocean

SENSIBILITY

The Hawk Corner Room 7:10pm

Listen to Your Heart

beating —

what is it telling You?

Trust Your Eyes

Your Vision

how is It guiding You?

Feel your Feelings —

They are What

You are made of —

They are Your Mind

NEW YEAR’S BATH

The Hawk Window Seat 1:41pm

I see My Silver Toes

all ten of Them

poking out of the fading

bubble bath

I wallow here

in My Greatness — yes

I am utterly self-absorbed

yet wish only the best

for women in tubs

everywhere

BLINK

The Hawk Window Seat 8:40am

The Cape Light

flanked by 2 scraggly spruce

stands out white

against a dark

& snow-filled sky

She alerts Me

to My Happiness

to My Security

to My Understanding

that no matter what

happens

I will be set
