i thought that for a long time, until i started having dreams of my friend that passed away by a drug overdose. not on purpose. the dreams i started to have showed how afraid he actually was, and how alone he actually felt. i believe it took him quite some time to move on from where ever he was inbetween earth and whatever is next.
