He must have come from My Star-studded Walk

to The Post Box

tripping past Galaxies

of Dandelions & Daisies

to return

to sit on My Tomato-coloured Couch

& I saw Him, Tiny Him

with wiggly legs

on My Right Grey Sleeve

(He wasn’t a tic)

I got up & went out to The Portico

where I showed Him The Edge

of My Red Plastic Deck Chair —

He Took It

I don’t know what He’ll find There —
